Never had used them before but called them after I had an issue and the company I had been using could not make it out that day. So a brand new customer for them and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes and removed the rodent in less than 2 minutes!

Edwinn was a delight. He made a tense situation (bed bugs) much lighter and funnier to deal with. Edwinn has a great sense of humor. We laughed and joked, which helped my stress level go down considerably. Edwinn did a good job of explaining what they would do, how many treatments, how much it was (without taxes) and what my bed bug situation is. 5 stars.
